If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 45 days for full credit. Call us at 800-846-7664 to obtain instructions and return authorization. Remember, you must call within 45 days of the date your order was originally shipped to qualify your return and secure return authorization. Failure to do so may jeopardize proper credit to your account.

The following items are NOT RETURNABLE unless they are defective, over-shipped, or mis-shipped due to a Brentwood Benson's error:

• Preview products, promotional copies, and specially-priced review copies (including choral preview paks, choral clubs and review copies of hymnals)
• Downloadable products
• Imprinted hymnals
• Orchestrations
• Out-of-print products
• CD or CD-Rom products that have had the shrink-wrap removed
