If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 45 days for full credit. Call us at 800-846-7664 to obtain instructions and return authorization. Remember, you must call within 45 days of the date your order was originally shipped to qualify your return and secure return authorization. Failure to do so may jeopardize proper credit to your account.
The following items are NOT RETURNABLE unless they are defective, over-shipped, or mis-shipped due to a Brentwood Benson's error:
- Preview products, promotional copies, and specially-priced review copies (including choral preview paks, choral clubs and review copies of hymnals)
- Downloadable products
- Imprinted hymnals
- Orchestrations
- Out-of-print products
- CD or CD-Rom products that have had the shrink-wrap removed

All sales are final - no returns allowed. Product returned will be refused and will receive no credit. If there is an error on your order, please call 800-846-7664.
Choral Club Subscriptions
Choral Club subscriptions auto-renew annually. If you choose to cancel your subscription after it has renewed, it must be canceled within 45 days of the renewal date.
If you have already used your exclusive Choral Club Coupon received upon the original purchase or upon the renewal, your Choral Club subscription is not refundable. If you have questions about canceling your current Choral Club subscription, please call 800-846-7664.
